Dr. Monika Icheva
Co-author and inspirer behind the creation of the brand “Motivation 4.0”.
She is a Junior Expert in the Department of European Projects and Programs at Blagoevgrad Municipality.
PhD in Organization and Management outside the sphere of material production (Public Sector Management) from the Faculty of Law and History at South-West University “Neofit Rilski” – Blagoevgrad, with a dissertation titled “Organizational Development and Employee Motivation in Public Administration” (2024).
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (2018) and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration (2017), both from South-West University “Neofit Rilski”, Blagoevgrad.
Her scientific interests are in the fields of organizational behavior and development, social responsibility, emotional intelligence, human resource management, and the development of motivational strategies and techniques.
Her main publications focus on the development and management of human resources through various innovative methods and techniques for employee motivation and socialization.
